Absolutely over the moon to win the Pink Lady Apple section of the Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year, 2015. I have had to share my winnings with my son, my model! It was a wet day in February, when I made him don his cricket whites – after I’d rubbed red wax crayon over the trousers – and go to the park, to help with my photo idea. If you look closely, his hand his scratched to pieces by our 3 month old kitten!
