Over the moon to win the Apple a Day category for the Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year 2015… amazing evening, with lots of fabulous photography on show. For this photo, I had the idea in January, so took a red wax crayon to my son’s cricket whites, and then persuade my 10-year-old to put on his whites and come to the park in light rain. He was dubious at the time, but now I have shared some my winnings with him, he is considerably happier about his role as a male model!
