Family Stories & Recipes

I had the absolute pleasure of working with the Bordeaux Chateau, Malartic Lagraviere, to photograph their family recipes as part of The Four Seasons of Malartic. It’s a book celebrating the life, history, food and wine of this fabulous chateau 🍷

Four Seasons of Recipes

Super excited to finally share this book and reveal some of what I worked on in lockdown! The idea was to photograph four seasons with 24 family recipes, representing Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter. All recipes are paired with delicious wines from Malartic, as well as their venture in Argentina.

Behind the scenes

Twenty four recipes in four days is no easy feat. This was very much the collaborative work of many talented individuals that all came to fruition in four busy days.

Firstly we obviously wouldn’t have done it without idea and huge input of @malarticlagraviere and ever helpful Severine.

The food was cooked & styled fantastically by @georginafuggle & fabulous props sourced by @patmorejulie. I put the style boards together, styled the scenes and took the photographs.

All with enormous input, editing etc from the marketing team
