Delicious Blackcurrants: Headed off to Secretts Farm, near Guilford, for Pick Your Own on Friday. The kids went straight for the obligatory strawberries and then raspberries, before I was allowed to drag them off to the rows of wonderfully laden blackcurrant bushes. Stewed blackcurrants, and Blackcurrant Sorbet are the results so far…
